Ciprofloxacin is an antibiotic used to treat a number of bacterial infections. This includes bone and joint infections, intra abdominal infections, certain type of infectious diarrhea, respiratory tract infections, skin infections, typhoid fever, and urinary tract infections, among others. For some infections it is used in addition to other antibiotics. It can be taken by mouth or used intravenously.

Clingen 3 is a combination vaginal suppository that contains two active ingredients: clindamycin and clotrimazole. Each plays a different role in treating vaginal infections:

Clingen 3 is used to treat mixed infections in the vaginal area that involve both bacterial and fungal components. It is particularly useful for women who have been diagnosed with both bacterial vaginosis and a yeast infection simultaneously.

Dosage and Administration

• Typical Dosage: Generally, one suppository is inserted into the vagina once a day, usually at bedtime, for a specific number of days as directed by a healthcare provider.
